I do not live in the United States, so how can I purchase your hair care products?

We presently do not have deliveries out of the United States, however we do expect to start soon.

What payment types do you take for orders online?

At this time we accept all major credit cards and Pay Pal for online payments.

How long will the order take to be delivered?

All deliveries of Fe’nomenaal hair care products will leave our New Orleans location and we give 7 to 12 business days for delivery from us to you.

How are the shipping rates calculated?

All shipping rates are through Fedex.

All of our customers that visit our site can purchase our retail line. Only Licensed stylist are able to purchase the professional Fe’nomenaal haircare line.
